What areas do you cover?
We mainly cover Herefordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire but are happy to travel further. For more information please contact us.
 
Do you have a minimum or maximum number of children at a party?
No. The price that you are quoted will not vary on the number of children. You can invite as many or as little as you desire.
 
Does it matter if I have a wide age range of children at my party?

No. Our packages are adapted to suite any event. So whether you have a few older children or the whole family there will be something to keep everyone entertained. 

 
Are your staff CRB checked?
Yes. Entertainers aren't actually required to have compulsory checks because we're performers and we're not left in sole charge of children. However for complete peace of mind all our entertainers are voluntarily checked by the criminal records bureau and a copy of the sparkly-clean certificates can be provided if needed 
 
Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. Deposit amounts vary on the services booked but are normally between 20.00 and 50.00. You can pay your deposit by cheque or via the "payment" page on our website.

 
Do you dress up? 

No. None of our entertainers are clowns or dress up like clowns. We are a young and modern company and so all our entertainers will be suitably dressed for your event. 

 
What happens once I've booked the party?

Once you have booked your package you will be sent a conformation letter in the post. There will be two copies of the letter. One for you to keep and one for you to sign and return with your deposit. 

 
How long before the party will you arrive?

Normally the entertainer will arrive 20 minutes before the entertainment is due to start. This will allow enough time to set everything up to ensure that they are ready to start at the booked time. 

 
What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on the services you require, travelling distance and duration. To obtain a free quote please email us with your requirements and we will reply to you promptly.

 
How far in advance do I need to book?

Generally speaking weekend afternoons are most popular and the Christmas season is always booked up extremely quickly. The best advice is to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. Your entertainer / decorator will be covered by public liability insurance and are CRB checked where required.
